Hontiveros joins Sotto-led Senate minority

Sen. Risa Hontiveros said Monday she would join the emerging Senate minority bloc of Sen. Vicente Sotto III in the 20th Congress, despite their previous differences on social legislation such as the divorce and gender equality bills.
