KIM Kardashian’s new Skims face wrap has been slammed by critics as a ‘scam’ and ‘cash grab’ – with an A-list actor even weighing in on the actor.
The fashion mogul’s shapewear brand SKIMS has released face shapewear to sculpt the skin, with many quick to criticize the new garment and Kim’s brand for “monetizing your insecurities”.

Kim said the shapewear “snatches your little chinny-chin-chin” when she promoted the Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap, which is priced at $68.
The SKIMS website claims that the new product uses their “signature sculpting fabric and features collagen yarns for ultra-soft jaw support”.
A spokesperson for the brand has even boasted, “We changed the shape wear game forever—and we’re not done.
“[We are] introducing the Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap: a must-have addition to your nightly routine.”
SKIMS SLAMMED AS ‘SKAMS!!!’
Fans have slammed the new product, with one saying on Reddit, “Y’all really out here dropping $60 on a ‘collagen’ (FOH) jockstrap for your chin sold by a billionaire cosplaying as a beauty guru?
“Be serious. This isn’t a beauty product.”
They later added, “Don’t get it twisted! She’s not helping YOU! She’s weaponized vanity in beige nylon, while monetizing your insecurities and self-hate, one pathetic product at a time.
“This isn’t innovation, it’s a royal Instagrift
.”
Meanwhile another person added, “SKAMS!!!”
While a third penned, “That’s just extreme and dumb. Be happy with the way you are. These women suck!”
And a fourth said, “Remember when she was pushing the waist trainer torture device.”
A-LISTERS SLAM NEW GARMENT
Even A-list celebrities like Sir Anthony Hopkins have been fun at the product.
Having seemingly been gifted a Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap from the brand – or maybe having bought a similar garment, Hannibal Lecter actor Anthony took to Instagram while donning the peculiar garment.
“Thank you, Kim. Don’t be afraid to come over for dinner,” the Silence Of The Lambs icon said in the caption.

In the video, the 87-year-old actor can be heard saying, “Hello Kim, I’m already feeling 10 years younger,” before mimicking Hannibal’s mannerisms and moving his tongue around.
Reacting to the video, one person commented, “A legend. A true and phenomenal legend.”

This isn’t the first time Kim’s brand SKIMS has come under fire from fans recently.
Sharing a photo of the new piece added to the SKIMS collection, the promotional post read: “Skims. Just dropped. New fits everybody.”
The photo was of the incredibly tiny g-string, which barely covered the model’s private region.
The black garment had a small rose embroidered on the front, and a sheer fabric.
Fans were instantly outraged by the teeny pair of panties.
“Who is this for? “Fits everybody”?” asked one person on Reddit.
“Who can even fit into this literal hair tie?!” quizzed another.
