PCG denies PH vessel in Ayungin Shoal ‘towed’ by China Coast Guard

The South China Morning Post (SCMP) – citing news from China-backed CCTV – reported Friday that a confrontation ensued in Ayungin Shoal as a Chinese Coast Guard towed away an “infringing vessel.”
