And in good news for the team, Isaac Seumalo has returned to practice.

The veteran guard was back in action on Thursday after being placed on the active/non-football injury list a week ago at the start of camp.

Head coach Mike Tomlin previously revealed he had a soft tissue problem.

Seumalo had not been involved in full drills but was still present at practice.

He was reportedly working individually and mentoring younger players.

His return to full fitness will come as a huge relief to Seumalo amid fears lightening was going to strike twice.

He missed the first four weeks of last season due a pectoral strain.

The comeback means the treatment room is now empty and no other Steelers stars are out.

It means Tomlin can get his entire starting offensive line together on the field at the camp in Saint Vincent College, Pennsylvannia.

Seumalo has been a vital part of the team in recent years, starting 32 regular season games.

He is extremely likely to continue his selection run as the left guard.

The former Philadelphia Eagles man, who won the Super Bowl eight years ago, joined the Steelers in 2023.

He penned a three-year contract worth $24million on his arrival.
