AARON RODGERS was given a brutal reaction by the New York Jets crowd on his return.
The veteran quarterback came back to the MetLife Stadium for the first time since leaving.

He was axed earlier this year following a disastrous two year spell in New Jersey.
However, he the 41-year-old came back to haunt them with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
After entering the stadium, Rodgers was savagely booed by the home crowd.
There is clearly no love lost between the veteran and the Jets faithful.
But the former Green Bay Packers QB got the last laugh.
The Steelers came out on top with a dramatic 34-32 win.
And Rodgers had an incredible game, throwing FOUR touchdown passes.
He also had 244 yards with his arm, and a 73.3 per cent complete rate.
The QB also had a rating of 136.7 for the game.
It was the perfect start to his career with the Steelers.
The AFC North giants have him signed up to a one year contract.
His debut with Mike Tomlin‘s team was a clear improvement to that at the Jets.
Rodgers ruptured his Achilles two years ago and missed the whole of the 2023 season.
That came against the Buffalo Bills, just four plays into the campaign.

He threw for just one touchdown during the game.
But he ran in for two as he rushed around the field.
Fields also threw for 218 yards in the air.
He had a pass completion rate of 72.7 per cent.
And the 26-year-old had a rating of 119.1.
