Abante welcomes application of over 300 drug war victims to testify at ICC

Manila City 6th District Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr. welcomed reports that more than 300 alleged drug war victims sought to participate in the proceedings against former president Rodrigo Duterte before the International Criminal Court.
