After 40 years, new bridge finally reconnects 3 barangays in Batangas

The state-of-the-art Catandala Bridge, costing ₱270 million, was inaugurated last Thursday. According to Barangay Catandala Chairman Jose De Torres, the old bamboo bridge was never replaced after it was destroyed by a massive flood decades ago.
