Halfway through the episode, rapper Micah, the recipient of Simon’s Golden Buzzer in the semi-finals, stunned almost all the judges with his performance.

Simon first praised the young performer and expressed his happiness that he had made it this far in the competition.

Sofia Vergara also shared applause for the AGT finalist, whose act included backup dancers, smoke machines, and strobe lights, which hyped up the audience.

However, Mel B put a wrench in the positive energy when she scolded Micah about his supposed treatment of the crew before stepping on stage.

“I just want to give you a few words of advice,” the Spice Girls star began. “You have to be nice to everybody.

“The crew, the people that dress you, because if not, you’re gonna meet them on the way back down anyway,” the singer concluded.

Simon was put off by Mel B’s comment and immediately snapped, “What do you mean?”

Host Terry Crews then gave coach Howie Mandel the floor, while a confused Simon tried to get further explanation from his BFF Mel B.

After Howie admitted that he didn’t enjoy Micah’s performance as much as his previous one, the camera panned out to the entire judge’s panel, where Simon seemingly voiced his disapproval to Mel B over her shocking remark.

Micah apparently saw Simon stirring in his seat and drew attention back to the AGT creator.

“Simon’s got something to say,” Micah said while pointing in the former American Idol judge’s direction.

“I’ve just gotta butt in here. I’ve seen you, Micah, backstage, and this is my own perspective. You’ve been really polite and sweet to everyone, so that was out of order.”

Micah responded by publicly apologizing to anyone who felt disrespected by the rap star during his time on the show.

Tuesday marked the final night of performances for Season 20.

America’s Got Talent judges

THOUSANDS of hopefuls have graced the America’s Got Talent stage to showcase their abilities.

Here is some more information about the A-list judges for season 20:

Simon Cowell – On October 22, 2015, it was revealed Simon was replacing Howard Stern on the AGT judges panel. He became a judge during the program’s 11th season and has since remained a series regular.

Mel B – In March 2013, Mel B was announced as Sharon Osbourne’s replacement on AGT. She remained on the show for five seasons before leaving in 2018. She made her grand return this year for season 20.

Sofia Vergara – On February 27, 2020, NBC revealed Sofia was replacing Gabrielle Union for AGT season 15.

Howie Mandel – Out of all the panelists, Howie Mandel is the longest-tenured judge on America’s Got Talent. Howie joined the hit reality series during the show’s 5th season, replacing David Hasselhoff.

A winner will be announced on Wednesday during the live results show.

The U.S. Sun exclusively reported last month that Simon has all the power over which coaches return next season.

Simon is an executive producer on the NBC series and its spin-offs, giving him final say in who sits beside him on the panel.

According to a source, Simon and Howie have the most stability on the show, while Mel B and Sofia’s futures remain uncertain.
