The supermarket is selling a Pet Hair Broom Set, which consists of a main rubber bristle broom and a separate dustpan.

The description on the Aldi website says: “Rubber bristles clean pet hair from vinyl, hardwood, carpet, and tiles.”

They add that the set is easy to clean after use, with soap and water.

The gadget could be perfect for quick cleanups between vacuuming sessions in your home.

And thanks to being lightweight and durable, cleaning up after your pets can be faster and easier.

BREED TO AVOID

When selecting a dog breed, the most important factor is finding one that suits your lifestyle.

While it might be tempting to follow trends, choosing a canine companion based on popularity alone can lead to serious regrets, warns dog expert Will Atherton.

Will, 34, is a canine behaviourist who is on a mission to educate people about the importance of choosing the right breed for your family and lifestyle.

He stresses the importance of only owning a dog that you are certain you can handle.

But due to flippant attitudes towards dog ownership, he’s noticed there’s one breed that busy families always regret bringing into their home.

That breed is Border Collies.

“They are able and capable of unbelievable feats of training with their working capacity of herding sheep,” Will told Fabulous.

“They are an absolute joy to watch.

“However, some people hear that they’re the smartest dog in the world and the most trainable dog in the world.

“And what they hear is, ‘easy to train’ as opposed to, ‘most trainable’.”

Due to their high energy levels, Border Collies need more physical and mental stimulation than the average family can provide.

Without this enrichment, they can become bored and develop behavioural problems like excessive barking, digging or destructive chewing.

Signs your dog could turn dangerous

Expert advice from Dr. Sara Ochoa, who has been practicing veterinary medicine for over five years.

Ochoa told The U.S. Sun observing a dog’s behavior can provide clues that they might act out.

“A dog that looks tense all over with its fur sticking up or teeth showing is more likely to snap,” she said.

“Staring real hard without blinking could mean trouble too.

“Growling is also a warning the dog is getting mad.”

She said dogs may tuck their tail between their legs when they feel scared or threatened.

“Staying calm and keeping space may help things not to escalate if a dog seems on edge,” she said.
