A SADISTIC killer already on death row for strangling four women is now feared to have claimed the lives of more than two dozen victims.
The shocking claim comes from inside California’s San Quentin State Prison, where Joseph Naso, 91, is serving a death sentence.

Naso, a one-time photographer and father of two, was branded the “Alphabet Killer” for targeting women with matching initials and dumping their bodies in remote areas.
But a fellow inmate now alleges the four known murders are only the beginning of his horrific spree.
The revelation is part of Oxygen’s new documentary Death Row Confidential: Secrets of a Serial Killer, which airs September 13.
“He’s guilty of more than anyone knows,” former death row prisoner William Noguera said in a preview.
Noguera, who spent nearly four decades locked up for a 1983 murder before his conviction was overturned in 2022, says he spent 10 years documenting confessions from Naso, the Daily Mail reported.
Assigned to care for older inmates, he said he met with the killer regularly and filled hundreds of pages with notes.
“He told me everything, and I wrote all of it down,” Noguera said.
Naso’s four confirmed victims were Roxene Roggasch, 18, Carmen Colon, 22, Pamela Parsons, 38, and Tracy Trafoya, 31.
All were sex workers strangled to death between 1977 and 1994 in Northern California.
According to Noguera, Naso posed their bodies for photographs and sometimes committed sex acts with the corpses.
When police searched his Reno, Nevada home, they discovered a “list of 10” thought to represents all his murders.
But Noguera says Naso laughed about the discovery, calling it his “top 10” thought to represent all his murders.
“They got it all wrong. Yeah, I killed the women, yes. But those aren’t my list of 10. Those are my top 10,” Noguera recalled him saying.
The former inmate said Naso then admitted to killing 26 women in total.

Investigators also uncovered a coin collection containing 26 gold heads, which Noguera claims symbolized trophies for each of the victims.
He turned over more than 300 pages of notes to retired FBI agent and cold case detective Ken Mains, who is now reviewing the evidence.
“I’ve never seen anything like this,” Mains said.
Naso’s double life collapsed in 2010 when a probation officer on a routine visit found disturbing photos of unconscious or dead women, along with mannequins and lingerie.
Detectives later uncovered journals describing stalking and sexual assaults dating back to the 1950s.
Prosecutors also considered him a suspect in eerily similar “double-initial” murders of young girls in Rochester, New York, but DNA evidence cleared him.

At trial, he represented himself and showed no remorse before being sentenced to death in 2013.
While Naso never confessed in court, Noguera says he revealed a twisted history of abuse and revenge.
Vanity Fair reported his mother once beat him after catching him in lingerie, mocking him as her “daughter.”
He later strangled her pet bird in revenge and grew to believe “all women were secret whores who used their sexuality to control men,” Noguera said.
While Naso will never leave prison alive, investigators are now re-examining cold cases in light of the 26-victim claim.
One involves 20-year-old Lynn Ruth Connes, who disappeared from Berkeley in 1976 and was later found dead.
In his journal, Naso described luring a woman from a modeling ad before strangling her and dumping her body under Richmond-San Rafael Bridge.
“Our two minds, cop and convict, working together. I know that I can solve unsolved murders. Let’s get them,” Mains said of his partnership with Noguera.
Naso remains on death row at San Quentin, where authorities say his secrets may still be unfolding.
