The home is fully customizable with two bedrooms, a “fully equipped” bathroom and kitchen and a living space.
It also comes with a modern-looking, floor-to-ceiling glass front entrance, which lets in natural light.
Inside, it has a white, modern-looking decor, but can be customized to suit your needs.
DAINTY DWELLING
The listing says: “Prefab tiny homes feature innovative space-saving designs that maximize the use of available square footage.
“Clever layouts and multifunctional spaces allow for efficient living, making them suitable for both small and larger households.
“The design often includes built-in storage solutions and adaptable areas that enhance functionality without sacrificing comfort.”
The home is prefabricated, which means it is constructed off-site and assembled on location, to save building time.
It states: “This process reduces construction time, minimizes waste, and ensures higher quality control, allowing for quicker and more efficient occupancy.”
According to the listing, it can be with you in a matter of weeks, with delivery as early as the end of July.
It is also said to be “safe and durable” and “convenient to move, although it does weigh 11,100 pounds.
