The retailer is selling a “luxury” tiny home for just $9,690, which could also be the ideal guest house or office.

The prefab home has a modern look, with a spacious bedroom and sleek-looking kitchen and living area.
It also has a porch area so you can enjoy a drink in the sun after work.
You can even choose between having one and five rooms, to suit your individual requirements.
The photos of the exterior show it having a sleek, wooden look, but it is fully customizable should you wish to make it white, grey or even yellow, according to the listing.
The listing states: “This container house adopts an integrated open layout, which naturally integrates living and functional areas.
“The kitchen area is fully configured, suitable for basic cooking needs, and is an ideal choice for short-term rental apartments or camping houses.”
The pre-fab home is made from a “strong steel frame”, which ensures “the stability and safety of the foldable house.”
It states: “The house is fire-rated Class A, wind-resistant up to level 11, and seismic up to level 9.”
You won’t have to wait long for your delivery to arrive either.
Orders are processed quickly, and it should be with you as soon as July 15.
While $9,690is not cheap, it could be a way of getting on the property ladder.
Alternatively, you could use the home to rent out for some extra cash, or to house visiting friends and family.

A “flat pack” two-story tiny home is available from Walmart for $22,949.
