ARMAND DUPLANTIS made history once more in Tokyo by breaking the pole vault record for a staggering FOURTEENTH time.
Duplantis, 25, became the first pole vaulter to clear the 6.30m barrier at the World Athletics Championships in Japan.

The Swedish megastar made history as he won his third world title in a row.
However, it’s not only the two-time Olympic champion who’s taking Tokyo by storm.
The same goes for Duplantis’ fiancee Desire Inglander, who left her fans in awe at the Land of the Rising Sun.
Desire, 24, took to the streets of Tokyo before her man dominated on the track.
The social media star was then joined by friends at the stands of the Japan National Stadium as they cheered for Duplantis.
The model shared snaps on Instagram of her enjoying the Japanese capital to her 757,000 followers.
Desire added the following caption: “Team @mondo_duplantis.”
Her fans left almost 30,000 likes and stormed the comments’ section.
One follower posted: “Enjoy Tokyo! Such a great city!”
Another commented: “Gorgeous.”
A third wrote: “Welcome to Japan!”
This fan said: “So nice.”
And that one gushed: “Wow!”
Duplantis and Desire met back in 2020 at Midsummer’s Day and got engaged four years later in New York.
