Just around 3,927 individuals out of the 33,863 listed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as involved in Philippine offshore gaming operations (POGO) remain in the country, Department of Justice (DOJ) budget sponsor Rep. Rufus Rodriguez said.
