Reality star opens up on masturbation addiction struggle and reveals ‘shame’ over porn habit

BACHELOR beauty Madison Prewett has confessed she battled a secret addiction to porn and masturbation and says it left her feeling ashamed.

The Christian influencer revealed she was “enslaved” by “sin” and claimed God helped her overcome her addiction.

The US reality star, 29, made the shock confession on her Stay True podcast.

She opened up about her private struggle, which she says began when she was a teenager.

“That was something that enslaved me and marked me for so long,” Madi said.

“Thankfully, by the grace of God and by the power of Godly community and people around me, I have been free from porn and masturbation for, I don’t even know, 10 years.”

Madi said the habit took root after she was exposed to sexual content as a teen.

She said: “I had already had moments of being curious about things and having certain feelings or wondering certain things or fantasizing about certain things.

“I had not told that to anyone.

“I went over to a friend’s house and her parents weren’t around and she turned on this show that was extremely inappropriate.”

She described feeling “desire” for the first time and said the experience triggered years of shame, even as she tried to stay true to her faith.

“No matter how much I loved Jesus, I could not shake that sin,” she said.

“I questioned my worth and my identity. Every time I gave into sexual sin, I didn’t know my purpose.”

Madi came second on The Bachelor in 2020 after Peter ditched fiancée Hannah Ann Sluss, and briefly reunited with him before things fizzled out.

She’s since found love with speaker and minister Grant Troutt, tying the knot in 2022.

The pair welcomed their first child, daughter Hosanna Rose, in January.

The Sun revealed she sold her Texas mansion shortly before the birth.

According to real estate records obtained by The U.S. Sun, Madi and her husband Grant officially sold their home on December 11, 2024.

The pair scored $1.125 million for the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Tudor-style house – which was their very first home as a married couple.

The move comes as a surprise after The Bachelor alum closely documented her personally designing every detail of the 4,738 square-foot abode.

Madi and Grant purchased the property shortly after getting married in late 2022.

While it seemed like a forever home, Madi revealed in an Instagram video in September 2024 that she and Grant were moving to Nashville.

Size DOES matter, survey of finds – as map reveals countries with biggest penises & breasts and where they are SHRINKING

EVER wondered how your todger or boobs measure up against the rest of the world?

Thankfully, researchers have crunched the numbers to reveal which countries boast the biggest penises and breasts, for those who are just a little curious.

Men in Sudan reported the largest average penis size[/caption]

It comes as a separate survey reveals most women are unhappy with their partner’s manhood – and that size matters more than many might think. In fact, the results might have even pinpointed the ‘perfect length’.

Health experts at NowPatient gathered data on the average penis size across the world to reveal the countries with the largest members – and where the average size has grown or shrunk over the years.

Brits might not be thrilled with where the UK ranks.

“One body part men can worry about more than any is one that is rarely seen by most people in the world, their penis,” medical writer and head of new medicines discovery, Rajive Patel, said.

“Some people will worry about theirs or compare it to others.

“While you may worry about your body’s size or shape, it is important to understand that everyone’s bodies are different and beautiful in their own way.

“Having said that, we wanted to discover which countries have the biggest size on average.”

Now Patient experts reviewed data by World Population Review on the average penis size by country for 2024.

Rajive noted that the studies used self-reported data – meaning that men reported their own penis sizes, so they may have inflated them by an inch or two.

Research suggests that blokes tend to fudge their actual sizes, as they’re trying to attain unrealistic standards, so it’s best to take these averages with a pinch of salt.

Nine in ten women said they wished their partner was bigger down below, according to research by Moorgate Andrology Clinic, which specialises in intimate surgical procedures.

Sudanese men were deemed to have the largest members in the world, with an average erect length of 7.06 inches.

Blokes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) followed closely, on average measuring 7.06 inches.

Ecuador ranked third, with men reporting an average length of 6.93 inches, followed by Republic of the Congo (6.82 inches), Ghana (6.81) and Nigeria (6.69).

Thailand was deemed to have the smallest average penis size in the world, with men’s members measuring 3.71 inches when erect.

Cambodia and Nepal ranked slightly higher, with and average of 3.87 and 3.93 inches.

NHS tips to add inches to your penis

WORRIED about the size of your manhood?

There are some things you can do to help.

According to the NHS, there are a few simple – and painless ways – to add the illusion of a few extra inches. These are:

  1. Trim your pubes – if you’ve heard the saying “mow the lawn to make the tree look bigger”, trimming your pubic hair can do exactly that.
  2. Banish the beer belly – losing weight is a great way to make your todger look bigger. It’s not going to look as impressive if you have a beer belly hanging over it.
  3. Get fit – not only will getting fit make you look better, but you’ll also feel better. It goes without saying that if you’re feeling sexy your love life will also benefit

Brits were listed in between those, coming in at 60th place out of 142 with an average the average member measuring 5.63 inches.

Despite the UK ranking pretty far from top 10 in this division, they still came in above the United States (5.57 inches) and Switzerland (5.61 inches).

The ideal penis size is 7.5 inches, according to a Moorgate Clinic survey of 180 women aged 18 to 60. This is around 50 per cent bigger than the average for British and American blokes.

Participants were shown 27 lifelike models of penises of different sizes and asked to pick which they’d most want in a partner.

The research also revealed that 40 per cent of women wished their partner was thicker down below.

Where have penis sizes changed the most?

The average penis size also decreased in spots like Italy and South Korea[/caption]

“To find that women want around seven and a half inches with a bigger-than-average girth reinforces what we’ve known for years, we just haven’t had the proof until now,” David Mills, managing director of Moorgate, said.

“It confirms that overall women are not telling the truth if they say penis size isn’t a factor.”

Rankings have shifted throughout the years, according to the data.

Venezuelan men have seen the biggest increase in size while Italians dropped down in the rankings.

There was an increase in the reported average penis size in Venezuela of over 27 per cent between 2022 and 2024.

In 2022, the average erect length was 5.25 inches, which has shot up to 6.67 inches this year.

Though not as drastic, Brits also saw an increase in average penis size over the last two years, growing from 5.17 to 5.63 inches.

Meanwhile in Italy, the average reported penis size decreased by almost 20 per cent in two years, from over six inches in 2022 to less than five in 2024.

What is the average breast size across the world?

NowPatient also reviewed data on average breast sizes across the world, which indicated that they range AA to D cups.

The largest average breast sizes tend to be found in Europe.

Women in Norway, for example, had an average boob size of C-D.

Brits ranked pretty high in this category, as the average bra cup size is C.

Women in the US also reported an average breast size of C.

Meanwhile, women in African and southeast Asian countries have smaller cup sizes on average.

How to check your breasts

It is important to regularly check your breasts for any changes. Breast tissue reaches all the way up to your collarbone and across to your armpit, so it’s vital to check these areas too.

If you feel or see any changes in your breast you should always consult your GP.

Charity CoppaFeel! recommends checking your breasts monthly, so you can pick up on any changes quickly.

Breasts do change naturally as part of your monthly menstrual cycle, so you should get to know your breasts, how they feel and what changes they usually go through to know if anything is out of the ordinary.

Five-step check

There is a five-step self exam you can do at home to check for any changes.

Step one: Begin by looking in a mirror, facing it with your arms on your hips and your shoulders straight. You should be looking for any dimpling, puckering, bulging skin, redness, soreness, a rash or changes in the nipple.

Step two: Still looking in the mirror, raise both arms above your head and check for the same changes.

Step three: With your arms still above your head, check for any fluid coming from the nipples. This can include milky, yellow or watery fluid, or blood.

Step four: While lying down use your opposite hand to check each breast. Using a few fingers, keeping them flat and together, go in a small circular motion around your breasts. Make sure you feel the entire breast by going top to bottom in these small circles. It helps to develop a system or pattern to make sure every inch is covered. Use light pressure for the skin and tissue just beneath, medium pressure for the tissue in the middle of your breasts, and firm pressure to feel the tissue at the back, feeling down to your ribcage.

Step five: Feel your breasts while either standing or sitting, using the same small circular motions.

Defeated Iran massacres 10 anti-regime prisoners and blames Israeli airstrike as Ayatollah exacts revenge on OWN people

IRAN’S ruthless regime massacred defenceless inmates at a prison before blaming their deaths on shrapnel from airstrikes, insiders said.

It comes as sources warn the wounded regime is using the smokescreen of conflict to unleash a brutal crackdown and execution spree.

Cold-blooded regime dictators have also ordered the arrests of hundreds after allegedly some have links to arch-foe Israel.

Iran‘s intelligence services detained at least 26 people accusing them of collaborating with the enemy – and three prisoners were hanged for allegedly spying for Israel.

Iranian insiders told The Sun how supreme leader Ali Khamenei is following a “disturbing pattern” of enforcing bloody clampdowns during periods of unrest.

It comes as the chorus of voices calling for the Ayatollah’s callous regime to be toppled grows louder following a monumental effort from Israel and the US to blitz critical nuclear sites.

An Iranian insider said: “The prison massacre now stands as another stain on Tehran’s human rights record – and a sobering reminder of what unchecked tyranny can unleash behind closed walls.”

Apparent exploitation of the focus on the conflict has seen an escalation in executions and political prisoners subject to horrendous conditions as the defeated regime exacts revenge on its own people.

As Israeli missiles rained down on a nearby military site on June 16, panicked inmates at Dizel-Abad Prison in Kermanshah begged to be moved to safety.

But they were instead met with a hail of bullets from the regime’s merciless enforcers in a “deliberate and cold-blooded act”, a witness said.

The source from within the prison said: “The prisoners insisted they be moved from areas where windows had shattered and where they feared further missile strikes.

“The regime’s answer was bullets.

“The special forces opened fire directly at unarmed, defenseless inmates who were merely trying to flee a danger zone.”

Insiders said the prisoners faced live ammunition after guards began beating inmates when they tried to breach internal doors in a bid to get to safety.

At least ten people were killed and a further 30 injured.

Regime authorities are now said to be attempting to cover-up their deaths.

One source said: “Officials are planning to falsely attribute the deaths to shrapnel from the airstrike, not their own gunfire.”

Well-placed sources inside Iran said at least 140 executions were recorded between May 22 and June 21 – making the harrowing toll of 398 for the three months since March 21.

Iran's execution regime laid bar by man who’s on death row for 25 years

by Katie Davis, Chief Foreign Reporter (Digital)

ONE of Iran’s longest-serving prisoners has exposed the disturbing mechanisms the regime uses to put inmates to death.

Saeed Masouri, who has spent 25 years behind bars, also revealed how the execution rate has spiralled in a harrowing letter written behind bars.

Masouri, who was arrested for his affiliation with the resistance unit People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, has now told of the secret process behind executions.

Psychological torture, threats against family and sham trials are all used as tools by the regime to condemn its enemies to death on trumped-up charges.

Masouri’s emotional letter was smuggled out of the notorious Ghezel Hesar prison in Iran and shared with The Sun from Iran Human Rights Monitor.

“It is often said that every criminal act is preceded by criminal preparations, hidden beneath the surface,” the 60-year-old wrote in a letter to the UN.

“For instance, when an execution is carried out, the inhumane and rights-violating acts that preceded it remain hidden from view.

“Formal steps like prosecution, indictment, and trial are mere facades. Every detail, from A to Z, is orchestrated by these security agencies.”

Most capital punishments have been enforced at Qezelhessar, Adel Abad (Shiraz), Birjand, Qom Central, and Dastgerd (Isfahan) prisons.

Between June 16 and June 25, six people were executed after being accused of espionage, figures shared with The Sun from the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) show.

On Wednesday, Edris Ali, Azad Shojaei, and Rasoul Ahmad Mohammad were hanged in Urmia Prison on claims they were spying for Israel.

Earlier executions on similar charges include Mohammadamin Mahdavi Shayesteh in Qezelhessar on June 23, Majid Masibi in Dastgerd on June 22, and Esmail Fekri in Qezelhessar on June 16.

The people of Iran, in their century-long struggle, at tremendous and bloody cost, have repeatedly rejected the dictatorships of both Shah and Sheikh through successive uprisings.

Sweeping arrests are also plaguing Iran’s population – with around 700 people understood to have been detained with reported links to a “spy network”.

Meanwhile this week Khamenei’s cranks hastily transferred shackled and handcuffed inmates from three wards of the notorious Evin Prison using 20 buses.

Male prisoners were sent to Greater Tehran Penitentiary on Monday night, while female convicts were dispatched to Qarchak Prison.

Sources said during the rushed transfer, sickly inmates were deprived of the chance to collect important medications.

Prisoners sent to Hall 3, Section 2 of Greater Tehran Penitentiary have also been crammed 40 people a cell in rooms barely fit for half the amount, insiders said.

They added: “Sanitary conditions are extremely poor, with only one bathroom available for the entire hall.”

Female prisoners meanwhile have been denied any contact with their families – with their loved ones increasingly worried about their fate.

It has led to renewed calls from veteran campaigners for a global condemnation of Iran’s human rights violations.

Hossein Abedini, of resistance group NCRI, warned Iran’s regime accelerates its repression as an act of intimidation.

Abedini, the deputy director of the NCRI’s UK office, told The Sun: “It is crucial to remember that the ongoing struggle in Iran for the past four decades has been between the Iranian people and their resistance against the oppressive religious dictatorship.

Illustration of a map showing the path of US bombers attacking Iran.

“As Khamenei stated on March 31, he perceives the real threat to his regime not from military attacks, but from the uprising of the Iranian people and the resistance units of the Iranian resistance.

“The desperate clerical regime resorts to escalating repression and intensifying its terrorist and nuclear activities to escape the crisis of its overthrow.

“Therefore, it is evident that in these circumstances, the regime will again see its only option as intensifying repression and will attempt to settle scores with political prisoners under the pretext of the war with Israel.”

REGIME CHANGE PLEAS

It comes amid a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran brokered by the US.

Calls are now ringing louder for the Ayatollah’s regime to be taken down – and for a new democractic republic to take shape.

Trump hinted at regime change in a post of Truth Social as he demanded “Make Iran Great Again” – but the White House said it was not one of the authority’s official goals.

Maryam Rajavi, president-elect of the NCRI, insisted the “will of the Iranian people” is the fundamental change.

She said: “The proposal for a ceasefire and ending the war is a step forward for the third option: neither war nor appeasement.

“Let the people of Iran themselves, in the battle of destiny, bring down Khamenei and the dictatorship of velayat-e faqih.

“The people of Iran, in their century-long struggle, at tremendous and bloody cost, have repeatedly rejected the dictatorships of both Shah and Sheikh through successive uprisings.

“I repeat that we seek a democratic, non-nuclear republic, with the separation of religion and state, gender equality, and also autonomy for Iran’s nationalities.

“This will bring peace, democracy, human rights, stability, reconstruction, friendship, cooperation, and economic development to the region and the world.”
