Aaron Henderson, 39, was charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly dropping the tot down the chute inside the family’s building on Steuben Street near Weser Avenue in Park Hill around 3:15 p.m. Monday, authorities said.
