BIG Brother couple Rylie Jeffries and Katherine Woodman’s whirlwind romance has come to a screeching halt following drama around his personal life, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
Despite the season 27 lovebirds “barely speaking” now, they will have to reunite later this month in front of the cameras for the Big Brother live finale.

Rylie, 27, and Katherine, 23, became the most buzzed-about contestants of the season when they got into a hot and heavy showmance just days after moving into the house.
While their in-house relationship was celebrated by their fellow contestants, the reaction from the general public was much more negative.
The Oklahoma native was accused of being “creepy,” “aggressive,” and even “crossing the line” with his behavior toward Katherine.
At one point in the season, Rylie vowed he and Katherine would be married outside of the Big Brother house, whether she “liked it or not.”
Fan outrage got so intense that at one point, viewers begged production to “step in” to “protect” Katherine from the professional bull rider.
All of the noise became “overwhelming” for both Rylie and Katherine following their reentry into the outside world.
So much so, it has negatively impacted their relationship and potentially led to its demise.
According to an insider close to the couple, they are “barely speaking at all right now.”

“They still haven’t seen each other [in person]. They talked here and there after the show, but it was very weird, very awkward.
“The response to everything was overwhelming for both of them, and they didn’t know how to handle it.
“It drew a wedge between them. Rylie pulled away. Katherine didn’t want to push him. And now it’s basically done.”
Although their breakup is fresh, the pair will have to see each other face-to-face sooner rather than later.
“They’ll see each other are the finale, which they’re both extremely nervous about.
“Both for how the audience and fans will be, and seeing each other.
“Rylie is trying to get back to his normal life by bull riding and going to local rodeos and forgetting all of this Hollywood drama,” they added.
RYILED UP
Despite the fans’ hopes that Rylie would skip or not be invited back to the live finale, which airs on Sunday, September 28th, The U.S. Sun previously reported that the controversial star will indeed return.
“The plan for now is for Rylie to attend the finale. He has been asked back, and he plans to go. Katherine plans on going too.
“They will address Rylie’s comments and behavior at the finale and get his response to the backlash,” the source claimed.

GOING OUT WITH A BANG
Rylie was evicted from the Big Brother house in a shocking 5-4 vote blindside on August 21st.
Just one week later, Katherine’s run also came to an abrupt end as she was voted out the following Thursday.
Following his eviction, The U.S. Sun reported that Rylie had fled Los Angeles and flew back to his home state of Oklahoma.
According to an insider, Rylie’s family has rallied by his side to support him as they feel the backlash has been “overblown.”
Rylie and Katherine’s relationship was already “up in the air” following their evictions as they reconnected outside of the Big Brother house via texts, but had not yet seen each other in person.
Big Brother airs on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8 pm EST on CBS – with live feeds airing 24/7 on Paramount+ and PlutoTV.
