The fan-favorite was axed in a surprise elimination on Friday night – with fans fuming they were “robbed” of the drama.
The eviction – unlike traditional ones – wasn’t decided by a house vote.
Instead, it happened through a safety chain competition that ended in Rachel’s exit.
THE CHALLENGE
The non-elimination task kicked off with houseguests forced to take on a timed solo challenge before passing it on.
The White Locust Resort twist saw each round shaved seconds off the clock – until the first unlucky player failed.
Rachel was the one caught out, sending shockwaves through the house as she was booted without the usual nominations or eviction vote.
The blindsiding exit left both fans and fellow contestants fuming, with many blasting it as a cheap stunt that went against the spirit of Big Brother.
FAN FURY
Many took to X, formerly Twitter, accusing bosses of “rigging” the game and demanding answers.
They argue that production unfairly interfered with the game’s natural course.
One viewer fumed: “Rachel being eliminated from a COMP and not voted out is complete and utter BS!!!! You can’t just completely change the rules of the game and call it a twist. I’m legit done watching this season. Whoever came up w this idea should be fired.”
Another raged: “They sucked the life right out of this season when they took Rachel out like that. We didn’t get to see her fight for her life. Which if she had done so and lost then ok. But this was absolute trash.”
However, some think it may not have been a real eviction, and Rachel might return in another Big Brother style twist.
One said: “I’m gonna wait because I don’t think Rachel is gone. She may have been eliminated, but she was never evicted.”
Another added: “If I can expect the unexpected, then I expect Rachel to come back.”
FORMER CONTESTANTS REACT
Several Big Brother alumni took to social media to react to their brutal twist.
Janelle Pierzina said: “The game wasn’t broken! Why meddle? Big Brother 27 didn’t deserve Rachel.”
Cory Wurtenberger, from season 25, wrote: “They had such a good season on their hands and just actively decided to play roulette with it.”
Andy Herren, season 15 winner, was left “gobsmacked,” calling Rachel the frontrunner playing the “best game she’s ever played.”
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
With Rachel gone, only eight players remain: Ashley, Morgan Pope, Vince Panaro, Ava Pearl, Keanu Soto, Kelley Jorgensen, Lauren Domingue, and Will Williams.
Lauren bagged the Week 9 Head of Household crown and wasted no time slapping Morgan, Ashley, and Will on the block – leaving the Judges alliance hanging by a thread.
She headed into Saturday’s Veto comp planning to throw it, hoping someone else would snag the power and use it so she could backdoor Keanu without bloodying her hands.
Vince also vowed to tank his game, though fans are questioning his loyalty after his secret final two deal with Lauren.
When feeds finally popped back, it was Morgan who pulled off the win – clutching the Power of Veto and setting the stage for a dramatic meeting on Monday.
All eyes are now on whether Lauren will stick to her backdoor plan against Keanu before Tuesday’s must-watch White Locust episode.
