BIG Brother star Mickey Lee has been evicted from the Big Brother house in a jaw-dropping blindside after admitting she ‘threw tonight’s challenge’ to protect her ally, Vince Panaro.
Tonight’s eviction on day 59 inside of the Big Brother house was crucial as the eliminated contestant will be the final person of season 27 to NOT make the coveted jury.
Anyone else who gets voted off of the show will become sequestered in a separate house for the remaining days with the other evictees.
They will not have access to the outside world except for selected clips of the show, which they will use to vote for the winner on the September 28th live finale.
Vince, Mickey, and Ashley Hollis were up for elimination on the Big Brother chopping block this week.
The trio faced off inside of the BB Blockbuster Arena for tonight’s challenge in hopes of securing their safety.
They then took on, Forensic Frenzy, a challenge in which each player is trapped inside of an individual wind tunnel as they attempt to grab “DNA” balls.
As the multi-colored balls are flying in the air, the Houseguests much attempt to pick up the correct colors and place them in corresponding order.
All three players appeared to struggle with finding a rhythm to complete the challenge at first, but it was Vince, who had a high likelihood of going home tonight, who took the lead.
He maintained his lead tonight and was able to win the competition – which successfully took him off of the chopping block.
Vince, 34, had a huge reaction to the win as he yelled in celebration knowing he had narrowly avoided getting the boot.
This meant that the remaining Houseguests had to vote between Florida-based event curator, Mickey, 35, and NYC attorney, Ashley, 25.
After a 6-1 vote, Mickey was sent home in an eviction that left her completely shocked.
“Wow, wow,” Mickey kept repeating as she added “damn I can’t believe this.”
While all the previous weeks showcased long, emotional goodbyes, tonight was the opposite as Mickey didn’t cry and didn’t talk – just gave brief hugs and swiftly walked out the door.
Speaking to host Julie Chen Moonves, Mickey admitted that she“did have a feeling” it could be her going home.
“I could sense some things going on in the house that didn’t seem as genuine that I thought I trusted the most,” she said.
Mickey then admitted that she threw tonight’s challenge to honor a pact she made with, who she thought, was her strongest alliance.
“I was in an alliance called the melting pot that included myself, Vince and Morgan.
“And they definitely wanted me to throw the competition today in order to make sure that Vinny had the opportunity to stay.
“So everyone made their promises to keep me. But I only got one vote to stay,” she said.
Vince narrowly avoiding elimination comes when the stakes couldn’t be higher in the game – or his personal life.
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Vince’s girlfriend of 7 years, Kelsey, has unfollowed him as of Thursday after she felt “humiliated” due to his excessive flirting with co-star, Morgan Pope.
