BILL Belichick has slapped a ban on New England Patriots scouts, blocking them from North Carolina’s practice.
The former Patriots’ head coach, Belichick, continues his long-standing feud with his ex-team after being ousted in January 2024.

After some time without a coaching job, Belichick began his collegiate coaching career earlier this week as UNC’s head coach.
It was not a dream start for the 73-year-old, however.
The Tar Heels lost their opening fixture of the 2025 college season 48-14, getting destroyed by TSU.
And the issues haven’t ended there.
A few days after the loss, John Middlekauff reported on his podcast that Belichick had banned his former team’s scouts from NCU practice.
Middlekauff said, “People get fired. But to ban the New England Patriots, that’s like an eff you to Robert Kraft.
“Guess what Robert Kraft’s not doing? Ever making a school call in the history of his life.
“He’s never going to any of these universities.
“It’s just some random kid, some random guy that works for Eliot Wolf going to the school.”
The Boston Herald confirmed that the Patriots will still be provided with film by UNC of their players if requested.
Belichick coached New England for 24 seasons, becoming the most decorated NFL coach of all time.
During his tenure, they won 17 AFC East division titles, made 13 appearances in the AFC Championship Game, and appeared in nine Super Bowls.
He won the Lombardi Trophy a record six times with the Pats.
However, the end of his reign in 2023 was ugly.
And seemingly, he still holds some bitterness at his former team.

Speaking on the Let’s Go! podcast last year, Belichick slammed New England after a poor start to the 2024 NFL season.
He stated, “Just haven’t done enough to win very many games on any level.
“They’ve had trouble on defense.
“One of the last-ranked teams on offense, if not the bottom-ranked.
“Missed some key field goals and some kicking plays as well.
“So, I’d say all three areas of the game just haven’t been good enough to win.”
