‘Blessed by the legend’: Jo Koy gets tattoo from Apo Whang-Od

Filipino-American comedian Jo Koy made the trip up north to the remote Buscalan village in Kalinga province to get inked by Apo Whang-Od, the oldest tattoo artist in the Philippines.
