Boy Scouts remember 24 killed in air crash on way to jamboree

The annual ceremony pays tribute to the 24 young members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines who lost their lives in a plane crash en route to the 11th World Jamboree in Marathon, Greece, in 1963.
