Brother of ex-Duterte adviser Michael Yang arrested

Police served a warrant of arrest against Chinese national Jianxin Yang, also known as Antonio Lim y Maestrado, Antonio M. Lim, Tony Lim, and Tony Yang, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, at the PAOCC facility in Pasay City.
