CA denies TAPE motion for reconsideration in ‘Eat Bulaga’ copyright case vs TVJ

The Court of Appeals has rejected the motion for reconsideration filed by TAPE Inc. in relation to the copyright infringement case filed by television hosts Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, collectively known as TVJ.
