Caitlin Clark caught in furious rant at WNBA ref again on live TV before Indiana Fever star suffers another injury blow

CAITLIN Clark was seen screaming at a WNBA official on another frustrating night.

ESPN cameras caught the moment Clark seemed to unload at a referee during a game.

Clark, 23, has had a frustrating time this year with injuries.

She has also been part of a group of WNBA players unhappy with officiating across the league.

Her Indiana Fever team took on the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday night in their latest game.

During the third quarter of the game, Clark had what appeared to be a polite exchange with referee Michael Price.

The conversation was shown on ESPN’s broadcast with 4:33 to play in the third quarter.

But something Price said seemed to have riled Clark up.

The 23-year-old’s expression changed and she apparently tried to confront the official.

Clark had to be restrained by Fever staff and teammates.

Indiana was leading 54-49 at the time of the incident, and it’s unclear what Clark was annoyed at.

The Fever went on to clinch an 85-77 victory.

But the night ended in more injury hell for Clark.

She appeared to re-aggravate a groin injury that’s forced her to miss games in the 2025 season.

It happened in the final minute of Indiana’s win in Boston.

Clark was seen slowly walking towards the team sideline for the closing moments of the game.

And team coach Stephanie White confirmed the injury.

White said Clark would need further evaluation after she “felt a little something in her groin.”

The Indiana Fever coach also claimed that teams are allowed to play more physical against Clark.

“I knew it as an opponent, and I see it as her coach,” she said.

“I’m not exactly sure why, but it just is what it is, and we’ve got to help her learn to adjust and use it against them in certain ways.

“We’ve got to find some ways to make it a little bit easier for her.

“But the level of physicality overall in our league has been at a different level than it’s been for a long time.”
