The two-time All-Star Clark and the Indiana Fever will take on the Connecticut Sun at TD Garden in Boston on Tuesday night.

It will be a must-watch game for the people in Beantown, but Clark won’t be the only Fever player the home crowd wants to see.

The contest will be a homecoming for Aliyah Boston, who is a Massachusetts native.

Boston was born in St. Thomas, but later moved to Worcester.

The game is nearly sold out due to the Clark effect, but also Boston’s homecoming.

Boston was already welcomed with a ceremony at the Massachusetts State House on Monday.

The 23-year-old helped guide Worcester Academy to an 86-10 record.

Boston also led South Carolina to a national championship.

She then became the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft.

During Monday’s ceremony, Governor Maura Healey and the city announced the marking of Tuesday as Aliyah Boston Day.

Boston opened up on the ceremony and the homecoming game.

“It’s super special. You know, every time we play the Sun and we’re in Connecticut, my family comes to visit,” Boston said, via GBH News.

“But I think being literally right down the road is super exciting and it’s a blessing.”

Boston averages 16.2 points and 8.1 rebounds per game this season.

Clark has had an injury-plagued season, but she did earn her second All-Star nod.

The Fever enter the game with an 11-10 record and are coming off a dominant 102-82 win over the Dallas Wings on Sunday.

The Sun, meanwhile, has the worst record (3-18) in the league.
