On Sunday, Clark helped the Fever defeat the Wings, 102-83, at home in Indianapolis.
The 23-year-old WNBA superstar’s performance wasn’t the only thing turning heads.
Clark posted a heartfelt birthday message to her boyfriend, McCaffery, to her 3.5 million Instagram followers.
“Happy happy happy birthday con,” Clark wrote in the caption.
“You make everyday better and I couldn’t be more grateful.
“may this be the best year yet , I love you.”
Clark’s message was shared along with three pictures of the loved-up couple.
The last photo showed McCaffery playing a board game with Clark.
Fans reacted to Clark’s post in the comments.
“Great pictures,” one wrote.
“You guys are the cutest!” another commented.
“So happy for the both of you,” a third added.
Clark has been dating McCaffery for more than two years.
The pair began their relationship at Iowa University.

During their college tenure, Clark became the NCAA’s all-time leading basketball scorer.
McCaffery also played basketball and started 89 games during a six-year career.
He was coached under his father, Fran, and averaged 4.5 points per game in 166 contests with the Hawkeyes.
McCaffery is now the assistant coach of Butler’s men’s basketball team.

The rarely-seen boyfriend can reside in Indianapolis with Clark, who posted 14 points and 13 assists along with five steals in the Fever’s win over the Wings.
Despite dealing with two injuries and missing numerous games in her second season, Clark earned a second WNBA All-Star appearance.
She is currently averaging 16.9 points, 8.6 assists, and 4.9 rebounds per game on 37.6 percent shooting.
