Brhink has been away from the court for over a year.

But the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft has been looking to return to the hardwood, and a recent video has provided optimism that she might be closer than ever.

Brink posted a video on her Instagram story that has sparked speculation that a comeback could be coming soon.

The video showed Brink appearing to work on her quad on her left side, where she tore both her ACL and meniscus.

Brink was performing quad extensions as the workout appeared to be a grueling one for the 23-year-old as she tried to regain mobility and strength in the particular area.

Nonetheless, Sparks coach Lynn Roberts revealed a promising update on Brink, saying that the forward is hopeful to return to play by the end of July, per the LA Times.

Fans reacted to Brink’s latest workout clip on social media.

“I just remembered that Cameron Brink is coming back soon,” one wrote.

“Cameron Brink come back and save us,” another commented.

“Let’s go Cameron!!!” a third added.

Last season, Brink posted impressive numbers for a rookie.

In 15 games, the Stanford product averaged 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.1 steals in 22 minutes per appearance.

Brink was unable to participate in the inaugural season of the women’s 3-on-3 basketball league Unrivaled due to the injury.

In May, Brink claimed that she was feeling “great” thanks to the Sparks’ efforts in her recovery.

“I’m thankful that I’m not getting any pressure from the organisation,” she said.

“The Sparks are doing a really good job of just supporting me fully through this process.”

The Sparks will hope for Brink’s return.

The team has struggled this season, currently sitting in 10th place with an 8-14 record.
