I’m a little-known three-time World Series winner and never hit an MLB home run – but I was the best at something else

YOU don’t have to be a star to be a World Series winner.

In fact, a three-time World Series winner skated by on multiple teams and barely made any appearances.

Terrance Gore has become a bit of a legend among MLB fans thanks to his ability to run the bases.

He was drafted in the 20th round of the MLB draft in 2011 by the Kansas City Royals.

From there, he made his way through the minor leagues before making his debut in 2014.

Gore barely ever played after his debut though.

He played just 11 games in 2014 and only nine games in 2015, but he would win his first World Series ring in 2015.

Gore appeared in two games during the Royals’ World Series run, stealing one base.

It is contested whether or not Gore was given a ring for his next playoff run.

In 2020 he was a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers, but only for two games.

He didn’t appear in the postseason, but according to ESPN he got a ring for his services.

Gore’s final World Series came in 2021, a year that he didn’t even play in the regular season.

The Atlanta Braves signed him for the postseason, he appeared in one game, and got his third World Series ring.

By the end of his career, Gore played in 112 regular season games and 11 playoff games.

He had just 16 hits and one RBI in the regular season, but stole 43 bases.

Gore never recorded a hit in the playoffs, but stole five bases and scored three runs.

He has become a cult legend among MLB fans, who fondly remember his playing days.

“Speed never slumps,” one fan said.

“Right place at the right time,” another fan said.

“Only the real ball knowers about Terrance Gore,” a third fan said.

“That’s the beauty of the unexplainable game of baseball,” a fourth fan said.

“First ballot HOF,” a fifth fan said.
