And Havertz appears to have kept busy while sidelined by hitting the gym.

He shared three snaps of himself hard at work on Instagram alongside the caption: “Loading.”

The photos show Havertz lifting weights and doing pull-ups.

Fans have compared his new bulging muscles physique with his old look and are convinced he is looking stronger than he ever ahead of next season.

One wrote: “The way Havertz has bulked up is crazy.”

Another added: “He’s actually a unit right now.”

A third wrote: “Mikel Arteta making his players injury-proof.”

Yet others are worried Havertz is bulking up to become Arsenal‘s target man No9 when a new striker is high on the club’s summer shopping list.

They have been linked with RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko and Sporting Lisbon’s Viktor Gyokeres.

Reports suggest that Sesko, 21, reportedly has a £62million release clause but Arsenal have reservations over a deal.

New chief Andrea Berta is a fan of Gyokeres, 26, and he could be available for around £60m.

But competition for the Swede is fierce in the form of Manchester United and Atletico Madrid.

Sainsbury’s is testing a huge change to shelf labels – and shoppers will be divided

SAINSBURY’S is the latest supermarket to test a major change to shelf labels in stores – but it will leave shoppers divided.

One of the UK’s biggest supermarkets is trialling electronic shelf labels in a small number of branches.

The retailer installed the tech at three of its larger shops late last year and has been trying it out across different sections including alcohol, health and general merchandise.

Sainsbury’s has partnered with Harrison Retail to build the shelf fixings featuring the labels.

A branch in Witney, Oxfordshire, is understood to be one of the three locations where the tech is being trialled.

A spokesperson for Sainsbury’s said: “We are trialling electronic shelf-edge labels in a small number of our stores.”

Sainsbury’s shoppers are bound to be left divided over the new electronic tags though.

Fears have been raised digital labels could lead to “surge pricing”, which sees prices hiked when products are more in demand.

The labels can make it harder for shoppers to spot cut-price items too, as they’re not as visible as the paper yellow, orange or red stickers.

Sainsbury’s joins a host of other supermarkets trialling electronic shelf labels in stores.

Co-op is replacing paper product tags with electronic labels throughout its whole estate over the coming months.

The retailer said last month it had already made the change in 340 branches but would roll out the tags more widely.

It said 1,500 stores will have the labels by the end of this year and rolled out across all its nearly 2,400 shops by the end of 2026.

Lidl also said it would roll out the digital labels across all its stores before the end of 2024.

This came after a successful trial at 35 branches.

Asda is testing the digital labels at a Manchester shop.

WHAT ARE ELECTRONIC PRICE LABELS

Electronic pricing labels are not easy to spot and look almost identical to the traditional paper labels which have existed in stores for centuries.

They feature everything a shopper would expect to see on a label such as cost, weight and unit price.

The only difference is that the information is displayed on screens instead of a paper label.

Usually, they are connected to a wireless network that allows for prices to be updated in real-time – instead of it being done manually by a store clerk.

Supermarkets say the technology will help cut down on waste and help with efficiency in stores.

OTHER SAINSBURY’S NEWS

Sainsbury’s exclusively revealed to The Sun last month it had closed all remaining patisserie, hot food and pizza counters.

It is not clear when the pizza counters shut while is understood the patisserie and hot food counters closed in April.

The closures come as part of a wide-ranging update of Sainsbury’s’ store estate which also saw 61 in-store cafes shut on April 11.

The cafe spaces are being replaced with restaurants run by franchises such as Starbucks and Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

The supermarket said its hybrid cafe and food halls were becoming popular among shoppers.

Sainsbury’s first announced the store overhaul in January, as it revealed 3,000 head office staff would also lose their jobs in a senior team shake-up.

At the time, chief executive Simon Roberts said the changes would “ensure we continue to drive forward our momentum”.

Caitlin Clark forced to apologize to Indiana Fever fan after incident against Mystics is caught on camera

CAITLIN CLARK’s rare moment of mis-control had Indiana Fever fans ducking for cover on Tuesday night.

The 23-year-old accidentally launched a bouncy ball high into the stands[/caption]

Clark was dribbling with the ball ahead of the Fever’s game with the Washington Mystics.

The 23-year-old is one basketball’s most talented young stars.

But viral video of Clark’s misjudgment showed even the very best can be fooled by a bounce.

Clark is currently out of action with a quad injury and didn’t play in the game.

She entertained herself on the sideline ahead of the matchup by showboating with a large bouncy ball.

Clark gave the ball a firm shove into the floor at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

The ball prompty took off, firing back over Clark’s head and into the watching crowd.

A laughing Clark scampered into the seats to retrieve it, apologizing profusely to spectators who’d had to dive out the way.

“I just knew that was going to happen,” a voice off camera gasped.

The Fever won their first game without Clark in the lineup this season over the Mystics.

Kelsey Mitchell stepped up in Clark’s absence, scoring 24 points in a 85-76 win.

Emergency signing Aari McDonald also impressed off the bench as the Fever improved to 3-4.

McDonald, 26, signed for the Fever this Monday having been released by the Los Angeles Sparks.

The new arrival had seven points, five assists and three steals.

Clark was ruled out for a minimum of two weeks on May 26 after suffering the strain.

She will miss a rematch with Chicago Sky rival Angel Reese this weekend.

Last season’s Rookie of the Year contenders clashed earlier in the schedule.

A furious Reese was knocked to the ground by Clark in a bad-tempered match-up.

Wearing a sheer black floor-length Ludovic de Saint Sernin gown with a neckline that plunged down to her belly button.

The famously risqué star wore black thong underwear and no bra in the statement piece.

Sweeping her hair up in a bun on top of her head, Miley completed the figure hugging look in a pair of black aviator-style shades.

Posting photos posed against a backstage grate, Miley was also seen on a staircase posing in front of fans as they waited above her to meet her.

She wrote alongside the pic: “Posed with the beautiful people who showed up at 30 Rock for @roughtradenyc”

Fans were delighted with the flawless look, with one writing: “THIS ONE IS FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS 🛐

“This might be your best yet,” wrote a second, while a third wrote: “Everywhere you walk it’s a walk of fame.”

Making sure she served looks for her fans, Miley later changed into a leopard print dress to sign autographs from behind a table with Rough Trade, talking with fans as she did so.

In a cheeky swipe to her ex, Liam Hemsworth, Miley signed one autograph “to the best Liam” on one of her fans’ vinyls.

Something Beautiful, Miley’s ninth studio album, was released last week, and is being accompanied by a “visual companion movie” that will debut today at Tribeca Film Festival.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell is set to make an appearance in the film as well, after appearing in the video for single, Every Girl You’ve Ever Loved.

It’s been teased by her record label Colombia as “introspective, sonically adventurous, and emotionally grounded”.

Miley directed the movie alongside Brendan Walter, Jacob Bixenman, and Panos Cosmatos who helped bring her vision to life.

Japan’s moon lander ‘crashes AGAIN’ in second botched mission as spaceship goes silent just moments before touchdown

A JAPANESE spacecraft attempting a touchdown on the moon has crashed into the lunar surface, its company said.

The unmanned Resilience moon lander, from private Japanese astro company ispace, has been declared a failure for a second time.

Friday’s flop follows a similar result during the company’s first attempt at a moon landing in 2023.

CEO and founder Takeshi Hakamada said: “This is the second time that we were not able to land. So we really have to take it very seriously.”

Resilience was loaded up a four-wheeled rover and other tech worth a total of $16 million.

It had difficulty measuring the distance between itself and the moon, its makers said, so it bashed into the surface going too fast.

Mission control lost contact with it less than two minutes before the scheduled touchdown and blamed a “hard landing” for knocking out comms.

A bustling room of more than 500 employees and investors gathered in Tokyo to watch the descent fell silent when the data went down.

Chief Tech Officer Ryo Ujiie said: “Truly diverse scenarios were possible, including issues with the propulsion system, software or hardware, especially with sensors.”

The lander had been aiming for Mare Frigoris – a flat plain on the moon’s surface around 560 from its north pole.

Had it been mission success, the 2.3m-high lander would have unleashed the rover, which would have spent two weeks exploring the lunar surface – including collecting moon dust.

Shareholders clamoured to sell their stakes in the company after watching the blunder unfold.

But CFO Jumpei Nozaki said: “We’re not facing any immediate financial deterioration or distress because of the event.”

Ispace will now have to wait years before taking another shot at a lunar landing.

However, the country remains committed to the mission – and a number of private companies there are looking at moon exploration as a business opportunity.

Tokyo-based ispace had hoped to join US firms Intuitive Machines and Firefly Aerospace in making successful commercial moon landings.

It comes amid a global race that includes state-run lunar missions from China and India.

Kansas City Chiefs handed major stadium update with team in talks to leave Arrowhead for new $3 billion home

THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS have been handed a major stadium update with the team in talks to leave Arrowhead for a new $3billion home.

The NFL giants have been playing at their Missouri home since 1972, making it the oldest arena in the AFC.

A decision is yet to be made as to whether to stay at Arrowhead or move elsewhere[/caption]

Arrowhead last underwent a renovation costing $375m just 15 years ago.

And it boasts a massive capacity of 76,416.

However, the Chiefs are now looking to expand on their recent Super Bowl successes by going even bigger.

The only question that remains is whether they remain at Arrowhead and rebuild it once more — or pack their bags for a new £3bn home in Kansas.

Now, a major decision has been made which could decide the final outcome.

On Thursday, the Missouri Senate passed legislation aimed at keeping the Chiefs from leaving Arrowhead.

The package includes $1.5bn to help improve the stadium for the future, with that money also being used to boost the separate home of local baseball team Kansas City Royals.

The legislation passed with a resounding majority of 19-13.

However, it does not mean that the Chiefs still have to remain at Arrowhead.

They could yet decide to go to Kansas if they feel it is the right move, with a decision needed by June 30.

Owner Clark Hunt confirmed earlier this year that there were plenty of things that needed to be considered before a final decision.

He said: “We’re having good conversations and both options are very much still in play.

“I’m hopeful that we’ll have some news to announce by summer at the latest.”
