KENDALL Jenner has secretly dropped $23 million on a Montecito, CA, compound that features professional horse stables and is next-door neighbors to superstars like Oprah Winfrey.
The California compound is made up of multiple smaller houses across six acres and includes a massive main house that’s over 15,000 square feet.
The supermodel picked up the sprawling property, which is just outside of coastal town of Santa Barbara, when she quietly purchased it for nearly $23 million in February.
Kendall’s newest real estate investment has a star-studded history, as it was famously owned by Ellen DeGeneres for several years.
It was also previously the home to Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd and Tinder co-founder Sean Rad.
Additionally, it’s nestled directly next to Oprah’s iconic “Promised Land” estate, and the neighbors even share a wall around their properties.
The home, which sits atop a ridge, is a six-acre compound that was originally built in the mid-1800s and features the classic Spanish architectural style.
It even includes Santa Barbara County’s oldest adobe homes, which have been renovated for modern use but still feature many original pieces.
The main house is a modern Monterey-style abode that comes in at a whopping 15,000 square feet.
In addition to the impressive interior, the outdoor area is what makes the Southern California home magic.
The property comes with a professional-grade equestrian facility that includes multiple stables and an outdoor riding arena for Kendall, who has been riding horses since she was a child.
Stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Ynez Mountains can be seen at multiple spots throughout the ranch.
The full six acres of land are perfectly landscaped with olive groves, private courtyards, rose gardens, and a swimming pool.
The home sits in a gated community for ultimate privacy and is surrounded by nature, aside from next-door neighbor Oprah.
It’s just a few-minute drive to the center of town and Montecito’s upper and lower villages.
Recently, Kendall, 29, hosted sister Kylie Jenner, 28, at her Montecito home to celebrate the youngest Kardashian member’s birthday.
Photos posted by the cosmetics mogul show the family laughing together on Kendall’s balcony.
Her stone-covered chimney can be seen coming out of the classic Spanish-style tiled roof.
Another video shows the entire group singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to Kylie in the backyard, where lush green trees can be seen for miles.
Kylie then posed on the property’s massive gravel driveway as the sun was setting behind the house.
She then showed off her toned midriff in one of the home’s many outdoor courtyards as she modeled next to a stone wall and wooden beam.
The group held a big outdoor dinner for Kylie in one of the courtyards, and celebrated with a massive cake covered in raspberries.
As of November 2023, there are 13 Kardashian-Jenner grandchildren.

In addition to her new California Central Coast property, Kendall has collected a number of real estate investments over the years.
She currently owns two homes in Hidden Hills – one is a new build valued at around $15 million.
Her first property in the area is a separate $12 million mansion just minutes away.
Kendall also owns an $8.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills – which is far closer to Los Angeles than the Hidden Hills suburb and hours closer than Montecito.

While the e-commerce giant is a leader in the industry when it comes to shipping, it isn’t immune from package disruptions.
Sometimes, Prime members and non-Prime members make online orders that are either late or never arrive at all.
When that happens, there’s still a way to get a refund fast, according to Amazon’s website.
If Amazon hasn’t already notified the shopper that a package was running late, which it does now through its website and mobile application, they should first go to the “Your Orders” section.
Once there, they can locate the order in question that hasn’t arrived.
A button should appear that says, “Problem with order.”
The shopper can click that and will then be prompted with a “Request refund” selection, with a requirement for an explanation as to why the refund is needed.
There should be an area to note that the “Package didn’t arrive,” along with other additional information.
After submitting the refund request with Amazon, the timeline as to when the cash hits the user’s account varies.
An investigation into the claim of a package not arriving can take up to a week, and if approved, an email is sent out confirming and a Request Refund Status will be viewable.
The money from the refund can arrive back into an account at varying times.
For an Amazon gift card, it only takes about two to three hours, according to a page on the e-commerce giant’s website.
Credit cards having a waiting period of about three to five days, and Shop with Reward Points is about five days.
Debit card refunds have a window of up to 10 days, along with checking accounts, electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards, and. cash (at a eligible store).
Using a pre-paid credit card can be the longest wait for an Amazon refund at up to 30 days.

Amazon also does not issue refunds when promotional certificates are used.
Gift returns get complicated, but the company could determine that a gift receipt can qualify for a refund without requiring a return.
Partial refunds are also dolled out for four specific reasons, but they all are relevant only if the package was delivered.
The first is if a consumer did get the item they ordered and selected an option to return it that wasn’t free.
Secondly, those who don’t drop off or complete a carrier pick-up by a designated “return by date” will get 20% of the item’s price docked.
Damaged merchandise or those that are missing parts will have 50% taken away, and those that return opened, activated, or used software, video games, collectible cards, board games, or similar items could see a 100% reduction of the item price.
