They shared a video on TikTok on Wednesday, moments before going under the knife.
The short clip shows Haley lying in bed, being seen to by a nurse.
Hanna then walks up to the camera.
“Still trying to figure out how being 3 minutes older means she gets her job first,” said Hanna in the caption.
The glam twins had teased the personal news to their 4.6 million followers earlier this week.
The duo shared a video from the gym where they mouthed along to a voiceover.
“Say goodbye to these little, itty, bitty ties, b****es because 24 hours from now, I’m gonna have a rack,” it said.
Fans flocked to social media with a mixed reaction over the news.
“You are perfect the way you are!.” one said.
Another added: “Prayers for a successful surgery and a quick recovery!!”
