Celebrity Wheel Of Fortune fans make same show complaint about contestants as they praise Pat Sajak’s return

CELEBRITY Wheel Of Fortune fans have made a major show complaint about the contestants while praising Pat Sajak’s return.

Ryan Seacrest, 50, took over as host on Wheel of Fortune in September following 78-year-old Pat’s retirement in June.

But for Celebrity Wheel Of Fortune, Pat is back at the helm – and fans are overjoyed.

Although fans are loving the fact that Pat is back for the celebrity special of the hit show, some viewers have shared a complaint.

On Tuesday night’s show, Justin Long, Rachael Harris, and Cameron Brink were going up against one another in a bid to win cash for their chosen charities.

Justin, 47, is a famous actor known for his work in Jeepers Creepers.

Rachael, 57, is an actress and comedian known for Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Lucifer.

And Cameron, 23, is a professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women’s National Basketball Association.

Taking to Reddit to react to the episode, one viewer aired their frustrations over the show’s “celebrity” contestants.

“Celebrity (?) Wheel??” they said in the title of the post.

They then wrote: “I admit: I am not plugged into pop culture at all, so I know I’m probably just ignorant, but who are these people?

“I’ve never heard of any of the ones when I manage to tune in.”

One person quickly replied, agreeing with the original poster: “Great show to watch but I think the word ‘celebrity’ just might be a stretch for many guests on the show.”

A second then said: “Agree, kind of like Dancing with the Stars.”

While a third penned: “I often google to find who they are. Celebrity indeed.”

But someone else disagreed, arguing that the celebrities were famous enough to qualify as celebrities.

Wheel of Fortune’s big changes

The game show has undergone a major transformation now that Ryan Seacrest has taken over hosting duties for Pat Sajak.

-Ryan and Vanna White now host on a brand-new set, featuring a blue-toned stage, a green screen and art-deco wheel design.

-Ryan and Vanna make their big entrance from behind new sliding, brightly lit doors.

-Vanna turns – or now, touches – a modern, digital puzzle board controlled by lasers.

-Ryan brings a new hosting style, and has ditched Pat’s signature cue cards.

-The prizes have also been upgraded, and now include tickets to NFL games, and tickets to A-list concerts.

“Tonight’s Celeb wheel had 2 pretty famous people,” the Redditor argued.

“Justin Long has been in NUMEROUS movies. Rachael Harris is a comedian who has been in numerous TV shows (Lucifer being her longest tenured).

“Nobody know WNBA players except for Caitlyn Clark. Lol.

“The girl tonight was the 2nd overall pick so she’s kinda high profile in the league I’d say,” they concluded.

Meanwhile, other fans reacted to Pat Sajak‘s return, saying: “And Pat came back to host? I thought he was completely retired.”

“I think pat coming back for that’s kinda neat, personally,” replied someone else.
