THE wife of Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on Wednesday, is ‘leaning on her faith’ during the tragic aftermath of her husband’s death.
Kirk, 31, left behind his wife, Erika Frantzve, 36, and two young children after he was fatally shot in the neck on September 10.

Kirk and Erika have been married since 2021, when they had an intimate ceremony in Arizona.
Since then, they’ve formed their own small family, consisting of two children: a three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.
The political activist was best known for his nonprofit, Turning Point USA, which aims to encourage discussion among conservatives on college campuses.
Kirk also maintained high-profile political relationships with leaders such as Donald Trump and other prominent figures in the right-wing media.
Videos on social media show the rightwing activist being shot in the neck as blood gushed down his neck during a debate event at Utah Valley University.
Kirk was reportedly brought to the hospital in critical condition before dying shortly after.
Now, Erika is reportedly struggling to handle her husband’s death with her children, sources tell the News Nation.
Jack Posobiec, a contributor to Turning Point USA, told the outlet that Erika is “unbelievably strong.”
“At the same time someone’s going to have to explain to his son and daughter why their dad didn’t come home yesterday,” Posobiec said.
The contributor doted on Erika’s commitment to Christianity and prayer.
“Erika is a prayer warrior, her and Charlie are very devout believers, they are very very deeply Christian,” he said.
“When you see the cameras turn off, the lights go down, they immediately go back to faith – this is something they live 24/7.”
Posobiec said that Erika’s faith isn’t just for show, but is a lifestyle.
“It is not something that only exists in front of the camera, that is something that they absolutely walk every single day.
“Because they have that firm reliance in faith, [Erika] has that ability to be able to go through this with that kind of strength that really only comes from heaven.”

Erika has yet to release a statement on the shooting, but the commissioner of the Utah Department of Public Safety said the family is “devastated.”
A manhunt is still underway for the shooter; however, new information has come to light about the suspect.
Officers released security footage of the suspect, who is believed to be a college-aged individual.
In the footage, the male suspect is wearing black sunglasses, a long-sleeved black shirt, black pants, and a hat.
“We are asking for the public’s help identifying this person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University,” the FBI’s Salt Lake City office said on X.
The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to the arrest of Kirk’s murderer.
