Chico River in Kalinga reaches yellow warning level

The Chico River water level under Pasonglao Bridge in Tabuk City, Kalinga has reached yellow warning level as of 6 a.m. of Saturday, due to continuous rains brought by Severe Tropical Storm Crising, intensified by the southwest monsoon.
