CHR: Many police stations denying request for EJK records

Much to the dismay of some House lawmakers, many police stations are refusing to provide records on extrajudicial killings (EJK) to the Commission on Human Rights (CHR), citing Executive Order (EO) No. 2 on freedom of information.
