CIDG denies police withheld affidavits in missing ‘sabungeros’ case

Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Director PBGen Christopher Abrahano said that the affidavits were “finished documents” that arrived at CIDG already executed, without the investigators personally taking the statements from the affiants.
