CITIBANK customers can take advantage of several perks this month, so long as they take action before a looming deadline.
The money-saving benefits are exclusive to account holders within the financial institution, and some end on September 22.

It’s not terribly uncommon for credit card holders with banks to get early access or discounts for entertainment.
Through Citi Entertainment, this is is possible for clients who have the Citi Custom Cash Card every month.
September holds at least 16 entertainment offerings.
For example, pre-sale tickets through Citibank are available for the Cardi B Little Miss Drama Tour, but cardholders must be ready to grab them on September 22 at 7am EST, per an email to The US Sun.
There’s also preferred pricing for the Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet before shows begin on November 7.
Citi AAdvantage Cardmembers can even get exclusive perks while attending the Ryder Cup, one of golf’s largest events, this fall at Bethpage Black Golf Course in Farmingdale, New York.
Select cardmembers, specifically those that have Citi Strata EliteSM and Citi Strata Premier status, also get the chance at exclusive tickets to The Curated Table.
It’s an event that includes guests such as music icon Niall Horan, pro golfer Billy Horschel, and more.

How to contact your bank
WITH bank scams running rampant, it is important to know how to reach out to your bank without risking fraud.
There is of course the foolproof method of going to your bank in person, but you are likely going to be directed to a customer care phone line.
In order to ensure that you are contacting the bank, make sure to use a phone number given to you by the representative or off of the bank’s website.
Some banks also have online helplines that can securely connect you with a representative.
Conversely, if you think the bank is reaching out to you with an account issue – make sure to verify the concern by calling a bank contact that you know is legitimate.
Scammers commonly mascarade as bank representatives to steal information from frightened customers.
FREE MONEY
There’s also a way for Citibank customers to get $325 in free cash this month, so long as they meet some criteria.
Those who open a Regular Checking account with the bank are eligible for the bonus.
Except, they must apply exclusively from Citi’s website by October 6 and make what are called enhanced direct deposits.
Enhanced direct deposits (EDDs) would be any deposit made through payroll, Social Security, or government benefits into a checking or savings account electronically.
At least two EDDs would need to be made into the Regular Checking account within 90 days of it opening, and must equal $3,000 or more.
After the 90 day period ends with the criteria met, the $325 bonus cash will be deposited between then and 120 days after the account opening.
Other financial institutions are also offering free sign-on money.
For example, those who obtain a specific Wells Fargo credit card can get $200.
American Express customers could even be eligible for $250 in free money, with no deadline to apply.
