SHEDEUR SANDERS has been tipped to be cut by the Cleveland Browns and replaced by another quarterback in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Sanders was widely expected to be one of the first picks in this year’s Draft after becoming one of college football’s most exciting players.

However, the QB was snubbed by numerous NFL sides to leave fans stunned.
And he only ended up being selected in the fifth round by the Browns.
Sanders is yet to even make an appearance for his new side, with the next campaign yet to start.
But he is already being tipped for a fast exit in Cleveland.
Traditionally, quarterbacks who are selected late on in the Draft rarely go on to become the heartbeat of their team for years and years.
There have been some exceptions, most notably Tom Brady and most recently Brock Purdy.
However, with the vast majority never hitting the big time at their sides, the Browns are now being tipped to sign another quarterback next year.
And that would see Sanders given the boot almost immediately.
According to Joe DeLeone of Pro Football Network, he believes Cleveland are planning that exact move.
He even reckons he knows which player they want on the side — Indiana Hoosers’ Fernando Mendoza.
And as the Browns have the No1 pick in 2026, it makes the deal even more likely.
DeLeone said: “Fernando Mendoza may not be a household name right now, but by the start of the 2026 NFL Draft cycle, he’ll be one of the most highly sought-after prospect.
“While at Cal in 2024, Mendoza flashed natural playmaking ability and a powerful arm.
“If the Cleveland Browns are resetting at quarterback, taking a player with tools is the route.”
