Comelec ‘in a quandary’ while Bangsamoro has yet to pass redistricting law

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said Tuesday that it was “in a quandary” and was worried as the Bangsamoro has yet to pass a redistricting law that would allow the poll body to kickstart preparations for the region’s first elections.
