Contractor linked to Discaya-owned firm surrenders ahead of arrest warrant

Roma Rimando, president and authorized managing officer of the Discaya-owned St. Timothy Construction Corporation, voluntarily surrendered to the Pasig City Police on Monday night, said Atty Cornelio Samaniego, Rimando’s legal counsel.
