TAYLOR Swift has been granted protection from a reported stalker who showed up at her home multiple times claiming the star singer had his child.
But despite being called to court and slapped with the restraining order, ex-convict Brian Jason Wagon reportedly cannot be found anywhere.
The 45-year-old Colorado native has officially been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the Cruel Summer singer for five years, according to a restraining order that was granted on Monday.
He’s now forbidden from contacting Swift in person or digitally, and also isn’t allowed to own any firearms, ammunition, or body armor, the order states.
The decision came after Swift filed for a temporary restraining order in June after Wagner allegedly showed up to her home in Los Angeles, California, several times, according to filings seen by the Daily Mail.
The singer claimed that Wagner was able to successfully change his address to hers on his driver’s license and tried to divert his mail to her home.
The man was also accused of sending hundreds of emails and letters to Swift, starting from when he was in prison, the filing states.
In the letters sent from prison, Wagner allegedly discussed fabricated personal stories involving himself and the superstar.
Swift’s temporary order was granted “based on unlawful violence, a credible threat of violence, or stalking.”
Wagner has failed to appear in court since Swift took legal action, so the singer hired licensed private investigator Brooke Berg to try to track him down, according to court documents.
Berg called the accused stalker on a number that she previously used to get in touch with him to chat about Monday’s hearing, but he never answered.
People made multiple attempts to stake out at last known residences for Wagner in Colorado, but no one could find him, the filing states.
Berg chatted with neighbors, searched public databases, social media, and DNV records, but the search was “inconclusive.”
After conducting her research, the private investigator determined the alleged stalker was “either transient or actively concealing his whereabouts.”

Berg finally got in touch with the accused stalker in August, when an anonymous woman gave her a new phone number.
When asked about the restraining order, Wagner told Berg that he wasn’t involved in any legal matters.
The investigator tried to get an address to send him court documents, but he claimed that he had nowhere to live.
At one point during the eerie conversation, Wagner allegedly said he was “going to have to do something about her,” in reference to Swift.
He claimed that he used to live and work at Swift’s home until she got angry one day and fired him.
The investigator planned a follow-up call so that Wagner could give her an address to send the documents, but he never got back in touch.
SWIFT ‘CONCERNED’
Swift’s team uncovered hundreds of emails sent by Wagner to the Taylor Swift Fan Club from 2023 to the present.
He, at one point, allegedly showed up at her Los Angeles home carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon.
Now, an insider has claimed the disturbing situation has left Swift “concerned” for her safety over the “depraved lengths he has gone to to invade her privacy.”
The source said that Swift has been stalked “many times” and is being targeted by “Groyper” alt-right groups on social media.
“She will change promotional plans or scale back if any threats she has received online are deemed to be serious by her security team. It’s horrible,” the source told the Daily Mail.
The disturbing legal drama unfolded after Swift hid behind a 7-foot-tall bulletproof screen on her way to see her fiancé, Travis Kelce, play football.
And another feared stalker was put in cuffs ahead of one of Swift’s shows in Germany in 2024.
