CUSTOMERS are lining up for a nostalgic chain from the 1980s that has opened its first location in decades.
Fans both young and old have showed up to celebrate the arrival of the new location, praising the food selection on offer.

For the first time since the 1980s, Roy Rogers is back in South Jersey, and fans are overjoyed.
Customers were seen lining up all night just to get a taste of the classic roast beef sandwiches, chicken and the famous fixin’s bar.
This new Roy Rogers can be found in the Cherry Hill area of the region.
The news was shared on social media, with the caption of the post saying: “Roy Rogers is back in South Jersey for the first time since the 1980s.
“The first customer in line got to the new location at midnight before the official grand opening on Wednesday morning.
“The fast-food chain is known for its fried chicken, roast beef sandwich and famous fixin’s bar.
“The new location is located in Cherry Hill on Haddonfield Road.”
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
Many of the customers who showed up remembered visiting Roy Rogers restaurants decades ago.
One of the returning fans said: “This is something I grew up with.
“There was one a mile from my house, and I grew up going to Roy Rogers all the time.”
The love for Roy Rogers connects multiple generations, as one daughter recounted going to Roy Rogers with her mom as a kid.
She shared: “Huge fan. I haven’t been going as long as my mom has but she first brought me to Roy Rogers going down the shore about 10 years ago.”
That customer was also asked her favorite things about the chain.
She continued: “The great food, the roast beef, the fried chicken, and the fixin’s bar.”
