THE Dallas Cowboys have been handed a major CeeDee Lamb injury setback after their Week 3 loss to the Chicago Bears.
On Monday, Jerry Jones confirmed his fear over the Cowboys’ star wide receiver, Lamb.

If so, Lamb will miss at least four weeks, due to the league-mandated minimum[/caption]
Dallas’ GM and owner revealed that they are considering placing Lamb on the injury reserve list.
He said, “We’re looking at that.
“We’ll watch it for a few more days. We don’t have to decide right now.”
He could miss three to four weeks with a left high ankle sprain suffered in Sunday’s game with the Bears.
If he is placed on the list, he will have to miss the league-mandated four-week minimum.
Lamb isn’t the only offensive starter injured for the Cowboys.
Rookie right guard Tyler Booker could be out for four to six weeks due to a high ankle sprain.
The 21-year-old was the Cowboys’ first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, being selected 12th overall.
Also, center Cooper Beebe broke a bone in his right foot in their Week 2 victory over the Giants.
He has also been placed on the injury reserve list.
Jones said, “We’re early in the season, and you look, I mean, I really would say that we got enough here to get this done.
“We got enough. We really do.
“But it is frustrating just not just for this game, but the fact that you’re looking at potentially games. That’s frustrating.
“We’re going to have players back, though, that are coming.
“But yeah, that’s a setback for us. Lamb, of course, is a real serious loss for us.”
Lamb was drafted by the Cowboys in 2020 as the 17th overall pick.
After missing out in his rookie year, he has been selected for the Pro Bowl in all four of his other seasons.
He was also the NFL receptions leader in 2023.
The Cowboys are currently 1-2, with their sole victory a tight 40-37 win vs the Giants.
They lost the Eagles in Week 1 and the Bears on Sunday, but they play their NFC rivals, the Green Bay Packers, this weekend.
