Death toll from habagat, tropical cyclones now at 31: NDRRMC

The number of reported deaths due to the combined impact of the southwest monsoon (habagat) and tropical cyclones Crising, Dante, and Emong has risen to 31, according to the latest data from the NDRRMC.
