Sanders shared that he’s still dealing with the unspecified health issue that has kept him away from the spotlight throughout the offseason.
The 57-year-old gave the update in his son Deion Jr.’s new vlog while alongside his daughter, Shelomi.
“You know I’m still going through something,” Sanders said on his son’s Well Off Media YouTube channel.
“I ain’t all the way recovered.”
Sanders then took a dip in an outdoor ice bath with his daughter.
A few minutes later, the Pro Football Hall of Famer left the bath and said the ice water was hurting.
Sanders then proceeded to take some shots at a basketball court, played tennis, and completed a 1.3-mile “run-walk” with Shelomi.
“He did good,” she said about Sanders’ run-walk.
Sanders then replied, “I’m proud. We’re getting better, though, right?”
Last month, Sanders revealed he was dealing with health issues.
“I can assure you all that everything is OKAY and will continue to be so. I’m excited to get back to Colorado to be at home with my staff, team & all associated to our program,” Sanders said on X on June 9.
As a result, Sanders has missed several events during the college football offseason.
He also missed some Buffaloes offseason camp sessions due to the problems.
Earlier this month, Sanders appeared at the Big 12 Conference media day and didn’t share specifics about his ailments.

Sanders isn’t a stranger to health concerns.
In 2022, he underwent an amputation of two toes due to blood clots following surgery.
The following year, Sanders needed another surgery to fix blood clots in his left leg.
Sanders will hope to recover in time for Colorado’s upcoming season.
The Buffs will begin the season at home against Georgia Tech on August 29.
