DEION SANDERS has sent a clear message about his mystery health condition.
The NFL legend has plans to return to Colorado after sitting out spring and summer training while facing an unknown medical issue.

The ailment prevented him from attending the Colorado Buffaloes’ annual summer camps.
And his son Deion Jr. assured fans that his father would fill them in on things “at the right time”.
But Sanders decided to remain tight-lipped about it at the Big 12 media day on Wednesday.
He declined to comment on his unknown health issue that previously kept him away from his job.
He said: “I’m really not going to tell you much. You know that.
“But I’m not here to talk to you about my health, I’m here to talk about my team.”
He also missed former Buffalo student Travis Hunter’s wedding in May and his keynote speaking duties at the Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease Research’s annual event.
When asked what an “average day” on “the ranch” looks like for Coach Prime, he replied: “Average day I’m looking good. I’m living lovely.

“God has truly blessed me. Not a care in the world. Not a want or a desire in the world.”
Sanders, 57, also revealed he plans to return to the University of Colorado-Boulder football field soon.
He told ESPN: “I’m already back. I’m here today. I’m handling my responsibilities. So I look forward to it. I can’t wait.
“You’ve got to understand, some of the young players,I haven’t even met yet. I’m so excited about that.”
On June 11, Sanders posted to X: “I can assure you all that everything is OKAY and will continue to be so.
“I’m excited to get back to Colorado to be at home with my staff, team & all associated to our program.
“When we arrive back to Boulder you will be updated on everything.”

Over the Fourth of July weekend, Sanders posted a video to his Instagram account of Lil Wayne visiting his compound in Texas.
Sanders has had a number of health scares in recent years, including a 2023 surgery to fix blood clots in his left leg.
Colorado will begin the season – Sanders’ third as head coach – at home against Georgia Tech on August 29.
Out-of-conference matchups against Delaware and Wyoming will follow before the team gets into the heart of its Big 12 schedule.
Sanders will look to rebuild this season after losing his son Shedeur Sanders and Heisman winner Hunter to the 2025 NFL Draft.
Shedeur, picked by the Cleveland Browns, was spotted training with his dad after suffering one of the worst draft slides in modern NFL history.
The 23-year-old, who was expected to be a first-round pick, shocked the football world when he was picked No.144 overall.
Hunter was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the second overall pick.
