DENR ‘constantly monitoring’ potential effect of Kaliwa Dam, mitigation

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) constantly monitors the potential effects of the Kaliwa Dam and how they could be mitigated, the agency’s budget sponsor Rep. Jose Alvarez said.
