DILG chief confident in arrest of Zaldy Co despite extradition hurdles

Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla expressed confidence that former lawmaker Zaldy Co will eventually be arrested, even as legal hurdles remain due to his current location abroad.
