SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The South Dakota Department of Corrections has confirmed to KELOLAND News an “altercation” involving multiple inmates took place Thursday evening at Jameson Annex at the state prison in Sioux Falls.
The incident is under investigation with the Division of Criminal Investigation.
“To maintain integrity of the ongoing investigation, no further details are being released at this time,” the DOC said its Friday morning email to KELOLAND News.
